Juha Salonen has been appointed as Stevena’s Manager, Sales and New Business

Sea Captain, BBA Juha Salonen has been appointed as Stevena’s Manager, Sales and New Business as of 16 February 2026. He is responsible for new customer acquisition and the development of new business operations.

He joins Stevena from Arctia Meritaidot, where he has worked since 2017 and most recently was responsible for the equipment unit, fairway vessel services, and the sales of maritime-related services. He will be based in Naantali and will report to CEO Markku Mäkipere.
